Cannot enroll in public beta

I am on an iPhone 16 Pro and have tried multiple times to enroll in the public beta for iOS. I've tried enrolling on the iPhone, on a M1 Max MacBook Pro, and in both Safari and Chrome on each of those devices. The result is always the same: When I click on Get Started, it just keeps looping me back to the same page: Apple Beta.

I spoke to Apple's Developer support over the phone, and she wasn't able to do anything for me. I've also spoken to consumer support, and they don't know what to do. Any advice from this community? Thanks!

Betas cannot be discussed here in the public forums. If you are unable to install the beta and can't figure out why, then you should not be messing with them. Betas can have issues some device breaking, and you will be required to handle them on your own. Unless you are a registered developer there is no support for the betas.

With that said, Apple Intelligence does not require you sign up for the beta.

Apple Intelligence has been publicly released and is available on eligible devices now.

If you install iOS 18.1, on an eligible device, set to an eligible language and region it should appear in Settings ➜ Apple Intelligence and Siri.

Consumer support is not allowed to address beta issues. That’s actually a part of the Apple beta user agreement. In the same vain, Apple Support Communities, per the Terms of Use, are not permitted to comment either. Your post falls into a grey area, but I understand the inability of not receiving support from consumer Apple support. My best advice is to continue your inquiry with Apple Developer Support. In my personal opinion, they’ll be your best resource until it comes out of beta.
