Looks like my “old” 2017 iMac Pro will no longer be supported with security, etc updates. While I did buy an M4 iPad Pro, I want to have a computer for some things that are best done on a computer.
I find the M4 mac minis attractive and am wondering whether I could use my 2017 iMac Pro as the display for the mini.
Nope' because neither of those Mac's support the old dead Target Display Mode feature.
