Payment method with Gopay or Shopeepay Failed

I noticed that some of my subscriptions has been cancelled due to billing problem. I’m using both options Gopay & Shopeepay for payment method. It’s pretty frustrating becos I wanna know why it is failed but there is no clear clue at all from Apple. Please help me. What to do with this?

This is a user to user only forum, not Apple Support. No one here could possibly know why your payment methods failed. You'd have to ask Apple directly. See this --> If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Hi there! Have you tried contacting to any of your card providers for more answers? Ngl, that problem is very common, exceptionally when the application doesn’t work properly in this context, by stating that I still don’t have sure, so that’s why I concern you about getting further help with those guys, or you could just remove your cards and put them again, maybe it’s some data or credential thing which needs to be updated. Good luck.
