I have pending payment in my apple account,when i was in Malaysia i purchased a subscription now i am in Pakistan i dorgot to unsubscribe,i tried every means to end it ,changed payment method but nothing worked,plz help i can’t update or download anything

When you relocate permanently to a different country you need to make sure you change your country settings entirely and be ready to do so when you actually move country. You should be able to resolve this by adding a Malaysian payment method billed to you at your old address in Malaysia. You will probably find that a Pakistan payment method will not be accepted for an account set to Malaysia.
Unless you can resolve this online you will find it very difficult to get resolution to this. Apple does not provide telephone support for users in a different country from that to which their accounts are set. Hopefully Malaysia provides online chat support. Add a new payment method and if that is not working I am afraid that you have to Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on the issue
