No Sound from Apple TV App on Apple TV 4K

I have no sound when I switch to the Apple TV app on my Apple TV 4K.

All my other streaming apps will have sound but when I switch back to the AppleTV App, there is no sound.

To fix this I have to access the audio settings via the power button on the smartphone remote and select a different AppleTV, but then proceed to cancel out of that selection, reverting back to the default ‘TV Speakers’ option.

Occasionally I may have to try this twice to get the sound back.

AppleTV software up to date.

Power cycling doesn’t resolve it.

Seems like a bug in the App itself.

Anyone else had this issue and resolved it?

Yes, it does.

I had to Reset & Update a few months ago and I had to reconfigure the whole system. It’s not too bad, though. Configuring with the iPhone connected my Apple Account (Apple ID) automatically and configuring the apps (Netflix…) was easy using the app QR code.
