How to remove “access denied” pop up from Google on my iPhone 12?

when navigating to shopping websites ( ie Macys , Ulta, Sephora etc) on my iPhone 12, I get a pop up that says “access denied” when using Google . I recently purchased a years subscription to Total Adblock. Does this have something to do with it and how to I fix this? Thanks so much for your help!
