Required software downloads dessimate contact information after tripling the number of contacts…

The information contained in my contacts was dessimated when I downloaded a Required software update that tripled the number of contacts but each contact contained 1 piece of information, either name, email, phone# but nothing to connect them if I didn’t know them personally. WHY???? This was on my iPhone 11 PRO MAX. Not only it the required updates multiplying my number of contacts it is also Changing the information which has impacted my business & caused a loss of income. EVERY time I download software from APPLE it damages my information contained in my Apple account
