Frustrated, iPhone keeps crashing randomly after iOS 18


I'm very very frustrated with all the issues I'm having with my iPhone 13 since the iOS 18 update. My camera crashes, screen keeps freezing, lagging when I type. Apps seem to crash randomly, games where you need to respond are unplayable. I tried rebooting in different ways . My phone was fine until the update. Now it's practically  useless. Just a question aren’t these crashreports sent to Apple ? They must have a very big inbox with all these crash stories. Next release of IOS needs bug fixing

I updated to iOS 18.1 and it’s still happening. At random my screen freezes and the phone seems to reset and comes up with a locked screen. When I unlock all app icons are gone and being build up again. I cannot say that it’s a particular app, it happens totally randomly and multiple times a day
