Disappearing Dock on Mac Mini

Generally, go System Preferences >> Desktop and Dock

There are several options to place the Dock at the Bottom, Left or Right on the Screen

There is also the Option to Automatically Hide and Show the Dock

You can even make the Dock Larger or smaller

System Preferences did not work ?

Something possibly more serious could be lurking on this computer
