How do I keep the dock on screen while working in fullscreen mode on Mac?

Not a feature of Full Screen.

Exit Full screen and simply expand the Window to occupy the entire screen real estate if that is what you want.

You can put the App in its own Desktop

There is no way to do this. But there is a way to make the menu bar visible. Maybe that helps. You can enable that in system settings.

There is also a way to force the menu bar visible per browser, but Safari is not supported. You can do what with Parall.app
