Unable to verify Apple Account on MacBook Air
I have Apple ID and I can work with my Mac but Mac screen shows " unable to verify user name or password". why it happens?

this is most likely your mail. This can happen due to a change in the password for your keychain
Go to settings>mail and see if you need to input your mails password again to solve the issue
