i lost my iPhone 8 that had Touch ID, where is my data stored? Now I have a new phone with Face ID and I lost all my passwords and I just want my accounts back!!

It doesn't have to have Touch ID.
Were you using iCloud to sync your data? If yes, sign in with your Apple ID and make sure iCloud syncing is turned on. Set up iCloud on all your devices - Apple Support
If not, then the data are on the old phone only and nowhere else unless you had made a computer backup sometime in the past, or had somehow shared some of the data with others (e.g., sent photos to friends).
Your data is stored in iCloud if you have iCloud Keychain on. Are you logged in with your same Apple ID that you had on your old phone?
Yes I’m logged into the same Apple ID, but this phone doesn’t have Touch ID and nun of my passwords synced. I just wanted to know if there’s somwhere I can look at my data
