How can I set up my Samsung HW-FM54C sound bar to AppleTV? It is already set to my provider.

At its most basic, you should be able to connect an HDMI cable from the Apple TV into the soundbar's HDMI input.
Then use the soundbar's HDMI output to connect it to the TV.
If you have an Apple TV with an optical audio port, you can use that instead.
