Why is one of my contact not ringing for calls or texts?
I have a contact that is not going off for texts or calls. Any ideas? My phone is not on silent and other texts are coming through fine

If you have the person muted, you'll see a tiny bell icon with a line through it at the right of the thread on the main Messages page:
To remove that, put your finger on the thread and pull to the left. Tap the purple bell icon.
