Why is there a Bluetooth icon on the top right corner of the Instagram app on my iPad Home Screen? It doesn’t appear on my iPhone screen.

No Bluetooth Icon showing on the top of my Iphone 15 pro max ? I have no bluetooth icon that i can see on my screen ,when my bluetooth is switched on , Can i change this ? Its good to be able to have this info at a glance . Thank you :)
