the audio control was working fine until today. I have tried to restart the apple TV, to restart the apple TV remote controller, to unplug and plug again the hdmi cable to the TV and the apple TV, to restart the TV, check the HDMI-CEC that is available on the TV and turn if off and on. And there is no update on the apple TV.
But nothings of the solution above are working.
Does someone have a solution please ?

Try unplugging and plugging your TV back in again. The CEC connection sometimes gets interrupted. If that doesn’t work go into Apple TV settings> Remotes and devices> Volume control and toggle the setting to auto and then back to HDMI
