No. On average, you can expect to see about a 1% drop in Battery Health per month of ownership or a drop of 1% for every 25 cycles. The drop is not linear, so it can remain steady for a while, then drop a point or more. Battery Health is a one way street and that is down only. Every time you charge your phone, it's health drops a little. This is normal, and cannot be stopped.

Things you should do to preserve the health of your battery:

  1. Never let the battery fully discharge as it ages a battery faster
  2. Avoid letting the battery go below 20%
  3. Do, put your phone on its charger when you go to bed at night and leave it on its charger ALL night EVERY night with Optimized Battery Charging turned in in Settings > Battery > Battery Health
  4. Stop worrying or even looking at Battery Health often. You can't stop its decline, so worrying about it, is pointless
  5. When the health of your battery dips to 80%, which it will if you own the phone long enough, it will then be time to pay Apple to replace the battery
