AirPods Pro 2 - Right ear replacement

I recently had to replace the right AirPod Pro 2. It will not pair. I have tried so many suggestions. One of them at least proved it’s not faulty audio wise because I can pair it separately without the left one and the sound works. The problem is I can’t get the setup to recognize the Right and Left as a set so they can’t be used together.

The left AirPod that is original is Model A3038, Ver. 7A305

The right one, the replacement is Model A3047, Ver. 6F8

My iPhone 15 and iPad Pro are completely updated to iOS 18. I have made my devices forget everything. I went through steps to reset the AirPods and the steps that were supposed to help update them to the same firmware but no success.

Has anyone had this happen and eventually find a real fix?
