What, exactly, do you mean by "not producing the colors on my prints?" Is the printer only doing greyscale? Is one of the ink colors missing? Something else?

Please do these things first, using the 1430 printer utility, then let us know what you find:

• Print a test page
• Check your ink supply levels
• Print a nozzle check; if the color patterns have gaps, do a head cleaning, then another nozzle check. Don't repeat this more than 3x in succession.

Make sure your printer is operating correctly before considering calibration.

Does this printer has software for macOS? Then you'll need to install that and calibrate it from that program
