Apple device blocked due to fraudulent activity

Hello!

My name is Manvel. I ran into a serious problem: my iPhone was locked after I changed my Apple ID. I received a request to transfer funds to unlock the device. I believe that I have become a victim of fraud.

I ask for your help in restoring access to my device and restoring the security of my Apple ID. Please tell me what steps I should take to protect my data and regain control of the device.

Thank you in advance for your help.

With respect,

Manvel

If you changed your Apple ID, how did you then lock your device? Did you log into someone else's account instead? If you have your original receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, Apple may be able to help you unlock your device. How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
