Unable to turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on my iPhone
my bluetooth an wifi won’t turn on. an i cant update it unless the wifi is on.

If you check Settings > Wi-Fi, is the setting grayed out?
If you check Settings > Bluetooth, is the setting grayed out?
If the settings for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are grayed out, the chip that controls both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has failed and your iPhone will need to be serviced at an Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop.
