Error entering code for Apple Music access

i requested an email with a code to access to apple music, when i typed the code it says that there is an error and to contact a support

What causes the "Something went wrong" error on Apple Music? When using apple music on both of my Macbooks, when i try to search a song, artist or profile - i constantly get the "Something went wrong. Please try again later." error. I have signed out & back in on both devices, restarted the app and both devices. From my knowledge I don't have 2 Apple ID's, and both devices are signed in using the same ID. This happened once in a blue moon before, though now i cannot look anything up without getting the error. [Re-Titled By Moderator]

Where did you request this code? Sounds like you could have been scammed as I have not seen where Apple will give you a code through an email request. There are many scam sites that will make that claim though, and now they have your email address.
