Unable to join home wifi network

Hello, I’ve recently switched providers and now my iPhone (15pro updated to latest iOS) keeps dropping the wifi and I keep getting error messages when trying to reconnect ”unable to join wifi network”. If I reset network settings it will connect but as soon as I leave the house and come back it won’t connect and I have to keep resetting the network settings to get it to do so. I have no issue with any of my other devices connecting and staying connected to the home wifi. It is really frustrating me. What is going on and how can I solve this issue?

As a test......(Some routers are not happy with the Private IP Address option of the iPhone)

Tap Settings > Wi-Fi

Tap Edit

Tap on the "blue i" circle next to the name of the Wi-Fi network

Scroll down and turn off the setting for Private Wi-Fi Address

Close out and power off the iPhone

Wait a minute

Power up the iPhone and try to log on

Any luck?
