New Phone, new iPad and mini ipad not syncing with MacBook Air

i have an new iphone 16 pro max, a new ipad pro, a new ipad mini, a macbook air and and ipod touch---with all 5 devices i keep having to enter my apple id when i want to use eadh because the message says 'some icloud data isn't syncing'. I have done all the suggestions i could find......this is getting really annoying. could someone please help. thank you
