iPad screen is stuck after an update.

I got this iPad from my sister since she got a newer one and it’s stuck on “configuring Vivint” and I can’t get past it. I don’t have Vivint. She did a factory restart when she gave it to me and I got into the iPad before but it needed updated and since I updated it it’s been stuck here.

This iPad is centrally managed (and likely owned by) an Educational establishment or Business/Enterprise. You will need to see assistance from the System Administrator that manages the iPad.

Unless the installed management profile is removed by whoever manages the device, the iPad is (and will remain) unusable.
