Trouble creating and sending email template

I have a weekly email to send. I want the body to contain text (of course), 2 image links and 4 text links. I successfully created the email, added the images with links and set up the text links, or so I thought. The links are the same every week and I update the webpage they link to. So I want to be able to send the email and still have a copy left to be sent the following week.

Right now if I send the email it goes to the sent folder but all the images are removed (prob to save space). Also, while creating the email and formatting it the way I want, when I look in the drafts folder the images are not there.

So... to sum it up I want to create a reusable template with image links

This is what the email should look like. The second image should be smaller but that's something I need to fix.

This is what it looks like in the drafts folder

Are the images embedded inside the e-mail or are they links to an external site?

Apple Mail is very particular about the server that hosts images. The problem is the certificate. Apple has very strict expectations and they aren't documented. This is one of those times where you have to lean on the market. If you setup your own server, and purchase and install your own certificates, then you're asking for trouble. If that doesn't work, then you have to figure out how to fix it on your own. But on the other hand, if the image is hosted on a major site like Amazon Cloudfront, then Apple will make sure that those images work.

This shouldn't be a problem if you embed the image itself into the e-mail.
