I’m having lots of issues with my front camera. Using the app, the front camera is not displaying an image nor will it capture images. I’ve done a hard restart as well as a “reset all settings”. I have not done a factory reset yet. After playing around with the app, pushing all the buttons, I was able to get the front image to display, temporarily, and when I took a picture. It came out like this. Any assistance is appreciated.

Try taking the case off first to test a photo retake.
Otherwise you might need it serviced. Get service.

Why don’t you just tell her, the coloration on that photo seems to lean to:
1.) Something over the lenses. (So remove all the protective gear and try again.)
OR
2.) The camera sensor seems to be not functioning correctly, so take it in for service.
