Camera not working after 18.1 update

I’m having lots of issues with my front camera. Using the app, the front camera is not displaying an image nor will it capture images. I’ve done a hard restart as well as a “reset all settings”. I have not done a factory reset yet. After playing around with the app, pushing all the buttons, I was able to get the front image to display, temporarily, and when I took a picture. It came out like this. Any assistance is appreciated.
