Updating iCloud terms and conditions

I am unable to update the iCloud terms and conditions, when I tap “continue” it seems to begin but quickly stops and returns to the same spot no matter how many times I try.

Unable to accept iCloud terms and conditions on my iPhone Like many people it appears, I am unable to accept terms and conditions as required. I click “continue” then the spinning circle that either spins endlessly OR spins the stops, then it still says continue but the link is not active and the back button is greyed out so I have to close the app. Phone is iPhone 6s It is maximally updated to iOS 15.8.3. This is as high an update possible for 6s. What I’ve tried and it did not resolve the issue: shut down phone, restart log out of iCloud, shut off phone, restart phone, attempt to accept conditions. Didn’t work, logged back into iCloud, tried to accept, didn’t work. turn off WiFi, attempted to accept while using data I looked through this community and on Reddit, but have not found a solution. iCloud terms and conditions I have an alert saying I must accept new terms and conditions. However, when I try to, I get a message saying it cannot be done at this time. For days at a time. I’ve offloaded apps to create more storage in case that was the issue. I don’t know what else to try. Any ideas?

Try this

Go to Settings and tap your name.

Scroll down to the bottom and click "Sign Out."

Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.

Click "Sign Out."

Tap "Sign Out" again.

Sign back in.
