How do I create a shortcut for parental controls on my Home Screen of an iPhone?

Hi I use parental controls on my iPhone several times a day - to extend or start downtime, allow specific apps etc.


how do I create a shortcut on my Home Screen so I can just jump in easily. Each time I have to go through clunky settings options.


apple please create this functionality for parents of teens!

Hi, you can create a shortcut in the Shortcuts app. Use the "Open URL" action and paste this URL:

prefs:root=SCREEN_TIME&path=CONTENT_PRIVACY


It should look like this:



Then tap the ⓘ icon (bottom, center) and choose Add to Home Screen.
