Ecobee smart doorbell camera ‘Not Responding’

I have the Ecobee Smart Doorbell Camera paired with Apple Home, however, when opening Apple Home on my iPad I see that my Front Entrance Camera has the No Response. How can I correct this?

Apple Home app wonky on my iPhone but works fine on my Mac and my wife's iPhone I had a brief power outage at my home. Shortly after power was restored I noticed I could not do live view of any of my 5 Home app connected cameras, including my Circle View doorbell camera. If I click on the camera icon I get a spinning cursor for about a minute and then a message, "No Response". This camera is not responding". But if I access any of the cameras, including the doorbell, through the Home app on my Mac or on my wife's iPhone, everything works as it should. This clearly shows that the problem is an issue with my personal iPhone and not an issue with my network, router, camera devices, etc. I have shutdown and rebooted my iPhone multiple times with no resolution of the problem. My computer and my iPhone are both signed into the same Apple ID. Any ideas what might be happening and how to correct it? Thanks. John

Continuity Camera not working with MacBook Air M1 Continuity Camera not working via wifi or cable connection. Continuity Camera used to work via wifi AND cable connection between MacBook AIR M1 2020 (Sonoma 14.7.2) and iPhone SE – 2nd Generation (iOS 18.7.2). I followed advice from many different threads without any success. > Both devices are on the same wifi network > Bluetooth is turned on on both devices > Cable is connected > I have restarted both devices I use QuickTime Player to test camera – New Movie Recording > Select Camera (iPhone Camera does not show in drop-down list – Although iPhone Screen and Speaker show up. Would appreciate any concrete ways to solve this issue. Thank you.

Continuity Camera Chime I see this issue has come up before for many people, but I am not clear that there was any real resolution. Of late (probably since my last iPhone or Mac upgrade), the iPhone keeps chiming that the Continuity Camera is now connected to my Mac. Before I can click "Disconnect," the message disappears. But then the chime and the message happens again after just a few minutes. This is driving me crazy as I can no longer work with the computer and phone in any kind of proximity. What do I do?

Have you contacted Ecobee support yet? If so, what did they tell you?
