My photos on my iwatch suddenly switched to black and white. I want my colors back...

Apple Watch Face My granddaughter was playing with my apple watch while I was holding her and now the pictures on the screen are in black & white. Nothing else is though. I have gone into the app on my phone and it's not on grayscale and when I press the the face to edit the them, it doesn't give the option to fix it that way. How do I change them back to color.

Why aren't my Apple Watch screenshots appearing on iPhone? IOS. 18.2, AW S8 and 9. iPhone 15 Pro. screenshots don’t appear in Photos on AW or phone. Have restarted both. Reset network settings. Did you check the color settings in Settings/Accessibility on your watch or in the WatchApp on your iPhone?
