I have a notification that I need to accept iCloud terms and conditions. In iCloud I click it and it brings me to a continue screen. I click continue and it tries to do something for a moment but then nothing happens.
any help would be appreciated

Tried that. No luck. However it did work after updating to IOS 18.1.
i don’t have much space on my phone so it was a chore to find data to remove just so iOS 18 would install.
Try This
Go to Settings and tap your name.
Scroll down to the bottom and click "Sign Out."
Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.
Click "Sign Out."
Tap "Sign Out" again.
Sign back in.
