Login to Passwords app from my work Laptop

I’ve re-read your posting several times, and am unsure what you are asking.

Could you explain a little more, including about how you’re logging into your work Mac or work PC?

The Passwords app can be used to access passwords, passkeys, and other related details.

iCloud Keychain is a separate password synchronization mechanism.

iCloud Keychain allows your passwords to be synced across all Apple devices logged into the same Apple Account.

The latter link has some details on using iCloud Keychain with a Windows PC, as well.

AirDrop password-sharing, and the password sharing groups available within Family Sharing.

For the latter, both Apple Accounts must be part of the same Family Sharing group.
