Can't remove Now Playing from iPhone lock screen

When something is playing on my iPhone (like Music or YouTube) or on my AppleTV, the Now Playing notification appears on the iPhone's lock screen. I've attempted to disable Live Activities and Lock Screen Widgets in the Face ID & Passcode settings, as well as disabling Live Activities in the TV app, but to no avail. Any guidance on how to remove the Now Playing from the lock screen would be greatly appreciated.
