I have recently purchased a MacBook and while putting all my details on it a message came on the screen and will not go away. “Unable to verify account name or password”. This is extremely frustrating as I have tried every way people have said to fix it and it will not go away. Help please??

If you purchased it used, it's likely the original owner did not properly prepare it for sale.
