eSIM setup issue on iPhone with two physical SIM card slots

My iPhone has two physical nano SIM card slots (A3104). Previously i used two physical SIM cards, but now i need to change one of the SIM card to eSIM. It seems that my iPhone stored the two SIM card information (IMEI code) as an Front SIM card Back SIM and now i have no "Add eSIM" option in Cellular. I have tried to restore the network data but its not helping. Is there any solution for this?

Sorry, but that is not an option on an iPhone with two physical sim slots. iPhones with two physical sim slots were manufactured for China, Hong Kong or Macau, where eSIM is not supported, this those phones do not support eSIM at all.

Phones with dual SIM have no eSIM support. No means to add eSIM support, either.
