Expecting refund in Apple Pay after changing phone

Hello,

I am expecting a refund money in my Apple Pay account. My merchant have my previous Apple Pay number but I update my phone and my Apple Pay number is changed.

how i can get my money in my account? Because my merchant is saying they will transfer money in previous apply pay account.
