unable to accept new icloud terms and conditions iPadOS 16.7.10

New iCloud Terms and Conditions message says I must accept new terms etc. I click continue and get Cannot Complete Action message stating “This action cannot be completed at this time.” Only option is to click OK. Restarting iPad changes nothing. iPad 5th generation; iPadOS 16.7.10.

Try

  1. Open a browser on any device and go to iCloud.com.
  2. Log in with your Apple Account credentials.
  3. When prompted, accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
