My vex gift card has disappeared from my apple wallet
I saved my vex gift card worth !£50 to my apple wallet until i was ready to use it and as soon as I went to use it it had gone.
iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 18
The company/business that issued the gift card, controls the card when it’s in Apple Wallet app.
Have you tried logging into your account with the merchant and adding it again?
