Won't play prompts to resubscribe

I'm trying to watch Apple TV. App is downloaded on my Xbox. It won't play any show. It prompts me to resubscribe. I'm already subscribed. I've un-installed and it still won't work.

Longmire will not play via my subscription - asking me to buy Subscriber to Apple TV+. Have watched multiple episodes of Longmire, plus other shows. Last night watched Slow Horses - no problem. Then selected Longmire to watch. Screen appeared that showed a screen with Longmire title and a box to click to buy the episode for $2.99 Unable to get Longmire to play. Problems with Britbox app on Apple Tv App keeps asking me to subscribe. Subscription shows in Apple TV and the app itself keeps telling me I have a subscription, but whenever I try to watch a show it throws me back into the same subscription loop. Tried all the easy stuff. Still not working and help on the BritBox is nonexistent.

Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings, using the Apple Account that has this subscription linked to it.
