Unable To Gather Sharing Information

I have owned an IPhone 12 for about 6 months now, and have never been able to properly use the Safety Check feature. Every time I tap Manage Sharing Access, I get a message saying…

My phone is updated and current. The date and time are correct, as well as all the other suggestions I have found for resolving this particular issue.

I have experienced major security issues over the last year on previous devices, and this Safety Check deal is not making me feel any more secure. This is my first Apple phone. Can anyone please help me with anything other than the redundant check list that leads me nowhere. Thanks.

I had this same problem. Two changes to the settings fixed the problem:(1) Under Settings-Screen Time-C&P Restrictions-Privacy section, make sure everything under the Privacy section is set at "allow" (2) Make sure the Apple apps that are being reviewed during the Safety Check (should he listed with the pop up "Unable to Gather Sharing Info" are downloaded onto your device.
