How do I request refund from Apple for an unfulfilled service purchased on Telegram? I recently made a purchase on telegram where are bought stars for a service (sport betting prediction) claiming it was 100% sure,while one of those two matches were correct the betting option(correct score)wasn’t available there so i have contacted the seller but he refused to acknowledge this and ingored me after then,the second match wasn’t correct so then after i asked apple for an refund but they refused my report twice.
