Apple Watch SE2 Apple Pay Sensor Issue

Currently i am living in a country where Apple pay is not working . But for some reason i found that my watch Apple pay sensor (chip) is not working/functioning properly and as a reasult, it is causing other issue like fast battery drianage etc. So do the Apple Service in my region will be able to solve the issue ( Watch is still under warrenty ) or i need to travel to some other country where apple pay is actually working. And is there any way, this apple pay sensor issue also impact Software Update issue?

Yes, i went to the nearest service center and they told me there is some issue with apple pay sensor. Due to this there are other issue like heart rate sensor not working too. but they cant do anything because apple pay is not working here as a result i have to travel to another country. Traveling to another country will cost me more than the price of watch. very poor service regulation from apple.
