Why is my text coming through as iCloud? How can I change it back?
Could you provide directions on removing my texts from iCloud?

Turn off Messages in iCloud as well as on the device. Just remember that your RCS will not work if you turn off Messages in iCloud.
To turn off Messages for your Device Go To-->System Settings-->Apple Account-->See All. You should find it is the list
Next click on Messages (see screenshot below) Turn it off once the dialogue box appears.
Next goto Apps and Messages settings. You can set it to 30 Days, 1 Year or Forever.
