Verifying that my iPhone 8 is clean of remote access management
my bank is requiring proof before allowing me to access my online banking from a 3rd party. Who can do this?

Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have them check out the phone and print out a report that the phone is "clean".
