Apple Store feedback survey
Hi! I always receive an Apple Store feedback survey after each visit, such as my Genius Bar appointments. However, a few days ago, I had a Genius Bar appointment for my new iphone, and the technician who assisted me provided the worst service I've ever experienced. I felt disrespected in multiple ways and intended to report this through the Apple Store feedback survey, but surprisingly, I didn't receive it this time. Does anyone know the best course of action in this situation? Should I call the store directly? Thank you!
