Apple Seed Device

Does anyone have any idea on how to unlock an Apple Champions seed device?

I recently got chosen to pick one of the seed devices. I have two numbers. My personal being a different carrier and business being for AT&T (where i work) I was wondering if there’s anyway to carrier unlock the device. Apple text support sent me to AT&T and AT&T told me the phone is not an AT&T phone.
