What are the best budget monitors for Mac mini M2?

Hello all,

I am looking for a new monitor with the following "wishes": 4k (maybe 2k) with built in webcam and speakers and much less expensive than Apple displays. I am retired now and I don't watch videos or am I a gamer. Just basic web browsing, email, FaceTime, etc. I have an older Apple 5k display for my first Mac mini and it is wonderful, but I was working then and now I don't want to buy ( or need) a $1500 monitor. My. Budget would be $600- $800. I want to get a Mac mini setup for my wife. I've done some searching, but can't seem to find what I would like. It seams that a separate webcam can be finicky when running Macos.

Anyone out there that has had luck with a third party monitor / webcam for a Mini?
