Accessibility Sound Recognition

Notifications - is it possible to have these notifications “buzz” my phone or watch - like I am buzzed when a PM or text message comes through. Also want it to do a pop up window when I am looking at another screen.

Serves zero purpose if the notification stays in the background.

assistive access notifications There doesn’t seem to be a sound for message notifications or anything else except for incoming phone calls! To have to keep looking at the phone to see if you have a text message isn’t good at all. Also you may be able to add the alarm app but it doesn’t make sounds. We have alarms set to remind my mom it’s time for things so it needs to make a sound. Is there a way and I just haven’t figured it out??

Apple Clock app not showing on Focus menus Apple Clock app not showing on Focus menus. iOS 26.3. after latest update alarms not sounding in do not disturb. Investigation shows “clock” app no longer available for selection of apps that can over do not disturb / focus settings. How can I hear my alarms?
